In Conclusion

In conclusion, there is no easy fix. When speaking about a country with 1.3 billion people and rising, complete order, unity, and structure is impossible. With such complex social, cultural, and economical structures in place, holding this country up as a foundation, it is impossible to change one thing without completely shifting the rest, and nothing is easy. Everything is interconnected, and everything will effect every socioeconomic level, every state, every city, and every single person. All that can realistically be done, is to appreciate the positives all of this humanity adds to the country, and learn how to adapt and grow as the population does. We have to work with what we have, and sometimes, that has to be enough. Traveling to India in December to observe first hand the issue I was diving into on the internet slapped me straight in the face with reality. We can read of all the things that should be done to provide a better solution for India's people, but once you are there, in these cities, among the chaos, the view begins to shift, and reality sets in. This experience humbled me, allowed me to take a step back from this giant proposition of a solution I had created, and realize that if things are going to change for the better, it will take a very long time, with a lot of movement from the people and their leaders.
